I just ordered Halo for the first time yesterday evening, just some small bottles to try, nice to get the free sample. I'm hoping Halo is as good as everyone says. I'm having a hard time finding juice that I really like. Only been doing this for a couple of weeks but have not had a cig since.

Just received my free sample of black calico in the mail with my vv battery. and oh my..... Very true tobacco flavor. I seriously think this may replace my Tribeca. Very good flavor. Keep up the good work halo!!!!

I would recommend getting a sampler pack, I tried the variety sampler and it was a great deal to try different flavors. I haven't had a halo flavor I didn't like. The only one I wasn't a big fan of was Belgian Cocoa, but I'm not really a fan of cocoa flavor so not a big surprise there

Ordered Friday at 10:00 pm and received today, great work. The card inside talks about better taste 24 to 48 hours after opening. Sorry for the stupid question but do you open them all to start the clock? I've only tried the black calico, this might just be what I've been looking for.

How dark is Black Calico?

Black Calico is just a tad bit darker than Tribeca, not by much though. Perhaps a deep amber. Very rich cigar-like flavor and the sweetness is very subtle. Although some steeping time could bring out more, I couldn't wait to try it out. Overall it's pretty tasty to me and if I hadn't already sold my soul to Tribeca, I could see vaping this all day.

I'll be placing an order with Halo this evening (looking forward to sampling the new Black Calico!) and was wondering if I could ask a couple of quick questions here instead of starting a new thread...

This'll be my first order as a member of ECF, so is there a new Halo coupon code I could use? The only one I've seen ends in 2014 and I don't know if it's still valid.

Also, I think I'd like to have some higher nic juice on hand (have quite a bit of 12mg & even found one bottle @ 6mg that I thought was 12). To wind up with 18mg, do you suggest getting it at that strength or mixing 12mg with 24mg or even trying some of the 36mg Fusion? My favorite flavors are the Turkish and Tribeca.

Next, if I had a 12mg, I'd buy the same flavor in 24mg to get to 18mg. I usually eyeball the mix into a triton tank. For a carto, you might be better taking an empty bottle and mixing 50/50.

However, a lot of vapors lower their nic levels after 2 or 3 months. Not all, but many. So consider getting your 18mg. You can let the 12s sit (in a dark place) It'll keep untill you are ready for it. Or, use it in the next few weeks to lower your 18 a bit, like a bit of 12 into the 18, to stretch it. I wouldn't go the Fusion route. Yes, it'd increase the nic, but at the cost of reduced flavor.
