New Forum and small organizational change

We've added another forum to our VIP Section, the Supporting Members Forum . This new forum is a way of thanking our supporting members, and the place where the new supporting members contests will be held.

Supporting Members are incredibly important to ECF, so to show our gratitude we'll soon be launching a regular draw featuring awesome prizes from some of the world's top vaping manufacturers.
