Just jumped on here and wanted to say hi.

Been vaping a few months. Using ego bats with 510 carts for now. Looking into getting either a prodigy or icon next but haven't decided for sure on the low or high volt route...

Other than vaping i am a severe motorcycle enthusiast/ MSF instructor and android junkie...

Heard about this place from friends in the Android community.

Vapersforums seemed a bit crude to me so i figured i would try this place out.

Welcome! You might want to try Boge cartomizers on the Ego - the hotter 2.0's are very popular on fat batteries but use charge faster. I use the standard resistance ones. They hold more than carts and provide a more even vaping experience. but they have limited lives (I get a good week or two, sometimes more, using thin clear juices)

If you're ready to step into the world of mods, I'd suggest either a variable voltage mod or just pick anything that will fit an 18650 battery like the Silver Bullet. Get a good "high drain" 18650 for 3.7V volts, and if you want to try HV, you can stack a pair of Tenergy RCR123a 3V batteries for 6V.

Either way, if you haven't tried them yet, get some of the SmokeTech DualCoil 510 cartomizers--they work well on the eGo battery, even better on a high drain 3.7V, and they absolutely ROCK at 6V.

I am using the boge SR cartos now. Got a usb passthrough on the way so i dont waste my batts while sitting at home vaping.

I ordered my ego-t kit a few months ago after reading a thread on the Droid X forums and alot of people were trying it with a high rate of success to get themselves off of cigarettes. So I gave it a shot.

The tanks were nothing but a pain with leaking and after some more research and a couple emails with the people over at pure smoker I switched to the cartomizers with a drip tip. Much happier now.

Been trying different liquids. Am vaping apple pie from Tasty Vapor now. Trying different mixes with the high and zero nic liquids i ordered to find a good level of flavor and throat hit to make me happy.

Its been kind of overwhelming seeing all the different mods that are out there and def want to try some of what else is out there.

I just got off vacation from the Buffalo, NY area where my family lives and actually ran into one person vaping in the bar me and friends hang out at when I am there.

Everyone here where I hang out has already gotten over giving wierd looks when I vape at the bar and a few might even try it because they want to quit smoking as well.

The health and financial benfits are already showing so I am quite happy with my decision to start vaping.

And now I am heading to bed. Its been a long night...

Glad to hear positive feedback. We do our best. I love teaching the classes. And seeing former students out riding and loving being on two wheels.

I am trying to learn as much as i can on here. There image so many more things out there than i expected there to be.

Got my USB passthrough, 20 more cartos, and as of a few minutes ago i ordered a full Icon kit from pure smoker.

Welcome! I'm in Murfreesboro for school and Chattanooga during vacation. I just started myself getting interesting looks walking around vaping in TN.

Bristol! I didn't realize that was far east TN. We always spend the night in a hotel there when we drive from PA down to NC for old time music stuff. We tried to drive to the Carter Fold once but were too late and it was dark and closed. And stopped in Erwin once looking for Blue Mountain Pottery (which we discovered is long closed but an antique shop there specialized in it).

I use Boge SR cartos on my 510 manuals and my Riva 510 (and Ego clone). I find thin (20% or less VG) clear juices give me good performance the longest.
