Hi,
I'm new to the forum so be gentle with me.
I started with a disposable ecig towards the end of July and then bought a mini kit. Within 5 days I was down to 2 tobacco cigs a day and thought "Why Bother". I had my last cig on 29th July, 9 weeks and counting. I just hope I can keep it up.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.
I'm 62 and have been smoking 40 a day since I was 16. It frightens me when I think of all the money I've wasted. I could have bought a house or two.
I'm sure I'll have lots of questions once I find my way around.

Hi,
One benefit that I bet no one else gets is with my 2 cats. They are both toms, both jet black, look like brothers but are not related at all. They love a cuddle and when I was smoking they would jump off my lap as soon as I lit up.
Now, when I start vaping, they look up, have a sniff and go back to sleep.
I love it.

Phil, I've got 9 cats (8 maine Coons & a dear old moggie) I used to be a very heavy smoker (check out my signature banner to see just how bad). My cats are the same as yours, they bat an eyelid or a whisker when I'm vaping

Hi Chrissie,
I did have a very old moggie who had just about stopped going out so I got a kitten to keep her company but she died a few months later so I got another kitten to keep the kitten company. Does that make sense?
