We need to liven up this forum. Any ideas for new word games, other games, or anything else?

I like games like "ask any poster a question", as a way of getting to know people. But I worry that it might turn into a lovefest (althought lets face it, what's not to love about all of us? lol) or that it might exclude people who might only visit the forum occasionally. What are people's thoughts on that?
