I just found out the 1ml syringe and blunt tip needle that I got for filling E2's works great for old school cartos too.
Just pop the rubber tip off, mine are always off I use a drip tip all the time just for feel.
Insert the needle along the side (outside the fill) and inject .2ml slowly as you slide the syringe up the carto. Move to the other side (3 o'clock 9 o'clock) and repeat.
You now have .4ml of juice in there and no need to spin it or wait for it to settle.
Just wait 5-10 min for it to distribute for best results.
Note: this is my method for RE-FILLING so there is all ready some juice left in them.
You have to refill before you get any burnt taste otherwise the carto is shot IMO.
