2) I think you need a certain amount of posts for this also
3) If I had an answer I would get my stuff within a few days not months

I think that is a feature. It's like getting two things. You look around and research and finally decide to buy and you get the little rush when you order it. Then you foreget you ordered it. Then, some random day, when you were expecting nothing there it is. A little present in your mailbox. Oh joy what could it be and who is the wonderful person who got it for me. IT'S ME! I forgot I ordered this. What a wonderful surprise.
