Former(I hope) 2-3 pack a day smoker. Decide to give e-cigarettes a try so went to the walgreens and picked up a Blu disposable and really liked it...first day it cut my analog smoking in half. After that I started reading as much as I could and ordered a Joye Ego starterkit from liberty flight and a bottle of 30ml unflavoured vg e-liquid. After doing some reading I was thinking of picking up a few of these for my ego:
eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer Round Tip

Along with some Bounty Hunter from NLV.

Is their any other must have accessories that I should try out for my ego? Popular e-liquids?

Also before I picked up my nasty smoking habit I use to enjoy cigars and bought 5 gallons of propylene glycol from chemistrystore.com. I use to make humidor solution for me and some friends and still have a ton leftover. Is this safe to mix with my vg e-liquid to thin it down? I bought it about 8 years ago and when I became a full blown cigarette smoker I lost interest in cigars and haven't found any other use for it...thanks for all the help and again I appreciate all the great information I've found on this site.

Welcome tibbs. I may not be of much help, but I'm sure a knowledgeable person will soon reply. I do know you will need spares, usually attys, cartos, lots of juice, and a battery or two. I ordered a Joye 510 right before my cheapo quit working, and had to go to analogs while I wait for it, so I'll be sure to be prepared for the next time, ordered spare everything heheh.

Bounty Hunter is interesting; similar to the very popular Boba's Bounty (and some would say a lower quality knock off of such). You'll probably like it...

Yeah those dualie cartos look good. Combine for 1.6 Ohms which is "low resistance" and your eGo batt should handle fine. As long as your checking out Mad Vapes be aware of these:

2xAA Box Mod with slow change LED and blue horn switch

True 3.7 volt (4.2 off the charger) whereas eGo batts are usually a regulated 3.2v. eGo can still handle the LR attyes and cartos though unlike regular 510 batteries, for example.

Not sure about the PG but someone will be.

I was a cigar smoker also and I still enjoy a good cigar. Juice is kinda the same way for me, each one is like a different cigar maker, good and bad. Just like cigars you have to find out what you like and stay in that area. Ive tried a few different vendors for juice and some are just awful. They taste like chemicals and some I have no clue how to describe. Try Backwoods Brew. Don is to juice like some are to cigars. Excellent.

Does the PG say USP or anything on it? if so it should be fine. You can get bottles and flavorings, PG, VG and nicotine at OneStopDIYSHop and DIYFlavorShack (both also have reasonably priced complete kits for DIY), more tobacco flavorings perhaps at Liberty-Flights.com or FreedomSMokeUSA (Flavourart), the full line of Perfumer's Apprentice flavorings at the Perfumer's Apprentice site (and those unsafe for vaping are stated in their descriptions). I would try up to 20-30% VG if you want more vapor, less if you want more hit. I use PG w/ 10-20% VG in stuffing cartos myself for nice thin juices that wick easily.

Read the guide and other sticky threads in the DIY section of ECF
DIY E-Liquid

And have fun! I read all about DIY and I bought stuff to do it and as yet have not made a single juice. Bad me. I really do want to make that Capella Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble flavoring into a juice.
