Look Inside very closely. I have buy mine used and the guy don't even know that it was numbered. Look on the panel and on the wall of the battery compartment. I have talk to the modder and they told me that it have to do that to not mix the part from two boxmod, since they are machined on the same piece of aluminium. And they told that mine's from the first batch :2cool:

It's not easily visible. You have to look down the display panel and see a red light down there which means it's connected and charging. Not sure why the display panel size wouldn't have just incorporated this light into the display.

I was thinking drill a hole rigth at 3mm from the left of the connection My NES DN20 have that and the led is there on the charger, red/charging, green/ready. But I don't wanna make a mess.

Have you found your number kimochi-ii?

I wrapped mine with a Jwrap, but have already removed it, not only was it peeling up on the corner, but it prevented me from removing the back to swap/rotate batteries--not a fan of recharging the batts repeatedly without being able to inspect them.

I wrapped my Hana with a jwrap and then very carefully I found the seem where the 2 pieces come together. With a razor I just cut along the seem and can now take the back off.
I took of the piece on the top because it gets thin when you cut it and lifts up on the top. It looks good without the top piece and it is not a spot to get scratched as easy.

I also tried the clear jwrap and it was much thicker than the vinyl one and I did not like it and removed it.
It also being thicker was not as clear as I wanted. Maybe a heatgun would have made it better?

What's a good high mah battery to use in this device? My current batteries are for sub ohming so the highest I have right now is 1600.

I've been using the 2900mah Panasonic ones since I got the Hana (4-5 months?). It's been phenomenal.

I should state though, that my lowest carts are 1.8, and I have no desire to lower that.

I was wondering if someone could help me with this question. I am looking to purchased a Hana v2 and was curious whats the lowest OHMs it can read before it doesn't allow you to control the wattage? On there site it says 1.0 Ohm. So does that mean, Anything below 1.0 Ohms, That it will strictly use the voltage that the battery provides? Is this correct? Anything above 1.0 Ohm, I can adjust the wattage?

The reason i ask is because i been using my new VaporShark DNA20 for a few days now and one thing i noticed about it is that i am running a 0.7 Ohm Kayfun and i am still able to adjust my wattage to my liking.

Could someone in simple terms explain to me why the smaller VaporShark DNA20 allows me to set my wattage on a low .7 Ohm coil while the Hana's lowest Ohm is 1.0? If i were to run a .7 Ohm coil on the Hana i assume i would be getting the power strictly from the battery? and not being able to adjust?

DPLongo22 is correct. All DNA20 mods will work the same in regards to firing low ohm coils. It dumps the battery power if you were to try to fire a .6 ohm coil at 7 watts. In a case like that it will only push the battery voltage. When you raise the wattage the regulation kicks back in. At least that is my understanding. I don't do sub ohm on my hana or anything else. I just don't see the need. With a .7 ohm coil at 20 watts it's only giving you 3.74 volts. I'd personally rather fire a 2 ohm micro coil at 10 or 11 watts. The lowest I've gone on my hana was 1.0 ohm. That's when I first got it. I saw how quickly it drained the battery and decided to raise my ohms. Just my opinions of course YMMV.
