New here, needs some helps regarding my kanger sub tank.

Hey guys, I recently just gotten my istick 30 along with an kanger sub tank during my trip from bkk.

But I think I over tighten the airflow base during my last refill, now I have trouble removing it from the tank it just won't unscrew no matter how hard I try.

Needs some tips or tricks on how to remove it? Thanks

Place it somewhere warm for a few minutes. If you have a bag of rice, heat it up in the microwave, take it out, and set the warm bag of rice ontop of your subtank. It may help.

Those things are a little tricky. IF you use channel locks or pliers, wrap your mod carefully with a cloth before trying to unscrew.

I would suggest taking it to your local shop, let them try.

I guess I will try heating, E cig here is illegal in Singapore so I can't bring it to shop

Use a rubber band around the tank base. It gives amazing gripping. It's why people keep a rubber kitchen grabber to open jars.

Try a tiny screwdriver in the air hole for some torque. I use this trick on a lot of atty's and seems to work every time.

I agree with the rubber band trick. If you need to, put one on the top part covering both the glass and the steel top cap, and the second one covering the airflow and the grip part. If you don't have a real thick rubber band laying around, take a smaller one and wrap it several times around the atomizer

If you do need to try pliers, like he said, put something between the atomizer and pliers, just be carefull not to put the pliers near the glass. I would use a standard set of pliers and not a needle nose thin type of pliers.

I have had an issue with the base sticking to the mod itself from time to time.
I use a rubber mat (potholder) around the base and get a wide mouth pair of pliers and twist it off. But I caution not to use too much pressure.
