New here...new to vaping

Hi everyone. I'm a new member here and look forward to learning from you guys. I smoked my last "real" cigarette two months ago tomorrow. I've quit using Blu's. As it seems with most people, it doesn't cut it for long so you start looking for more info. I've spent some time on this forum, and look forward to learning more about a community that to be honest I didn't even know existed a few months ago. I was excited to find that vaping was more than just a way to quit analogs.

I just ordered a JoyeTech eCom as my first move away from the "gas station" e-cig. I've heard mixed reviews so I guess I'll find out soon if I like it or not. My reason for choosing that first is that I was never the guy that built computers myself...I bought a Mac. I readily admit that I'm a consumer guy, so the eCom fit the bill.

Right now I'm refilling my Blu carts with JC ejuice. I'm looking forward to learning more and taking some advice on other juices I should try. I will tell you I'm really not in to fruity or apple pie kind of stuff.

Any suggestions on what I should try, please let me know. Nice to be here.

Welcome. You'll find we all start somewhere and end up deep into vaping with mods, rebuildables and even making our own juice. It becomes a hobby.

I started with a cigalike kit. It worked until I tasted an ego with a refillable tank. That was great until I tasted an innokin VTR with a better tank. Ah, good stuff. Then... I got a Rissian 91%, then a Kayfun and wow... I'm in vaping heaven. I make my own juice now too and its better than any gourmet juice out there. I have tons of Vape gear...some very expensive and some cheap.

Have fun in your journey. You'll eventually find your favorites. :vapor:

Welcome! Congrats on quitting the cancer sticks!

Finding a perfect juice, or perfect juices, is a tough feat simply because there are so many options out there for you to choose from. I found right from the start that I wasn't big into tobacco flavored juices. I wasn't really into very sweet juices, either. It was a little bit of a conundrum for me, since those are some of the most popular juices out there. One of my local vape stores sells an Earl Grey flavored juice that I absolutely love, but after time, I've found some sweeter juices that I really enjoy, too.

It took some trial and error, but I now have a sizable collection of juices that I switch between regularly, mixing and matching as I go. One of these days I'll get around to the DIY juices, which is a surefire way to get the perfect juice every time once you find out what you really enjoy.
