So I would like to see my vaping hobbie making me money instead of costing me money,
but seems like its a business that is kinda hard to get into and very competitive,
any suggestions are welcome

You could start making e-liquids and sell to the locals for starters.

I make very simple flavors, which I will share with a couple of friends. That's about as far as I have gone. It's simply a hobby for me.

Yea there is a lot of standards to follow when making juice but I could sell to coworkers and such shops wouldn't take my juice with out super sanitation protocols and thanks for a welcome to the boards trying to hit my new member marks and move forward

With possible looming regulations, vape shops opening everyday and no business plan you are behind the 8 ball. Consider getting into DIY and save yourself some money making your own juice.

Not scary, just start out simple, maybe some one-flavor juices

My all day vape is one flavor juice.
