Hey guys, just started vaping 13 days ago.. haven't had an analog in that long and I gotta say.. why the devil didn't i find out about these 3 or 4 years ago! :( That being said...

Day 1: Blu cig.. Really liked it and is what started me on this path... did not like the battery though so I went out and on day 3....

Day 3: Green smoke.. better battery but they tasted like .... By the end of day three the green joined the blue in the bin.

Day 4: Totally Wicked Tornado-T (simply because it was local, I was grouchy and didnt want to wait for shipping).. Now this is more to my taste. Great battery, great vapor.. good tastes..

Day 5: Research, Research, Research... enjoy the TT and order enough juice and flavor to cover me for close to a year likely. xD

Day 6:...... Come to realize that what I have, while good.. is in need of personalization.

Day 7, 8 and 9: Research, Recon and purchasing of LR dtc to try it out with my battery. Juices, PG and concentrates have been delivered and I begin to cackle madly in my newly setup laboratory of juicy goodness.

Day 10: Begin to realize exactly how little I know about vapes, despite day 5s 8 hour research-fest.

Day 11: Make 3 really good juices that I am still sucking on like a mosquito on a bayou man.

Day 12: Try to use an analog and realize they taste like utter ...

Day 13... Decide to introduce myself as the man who had to make a random post. ;)

Basically I am here for thoughts on mods, mixing and the best setup (in everyone else's experience so i can better expand my own knowledge and experience. So greetings and salutations m'friends.

Dont get me wrong, Im not bashing them. Even now, if my batteries were to both go dead or I were to somehow run out of juice and I needed to I would buy a blu disposable. I think they are great for introducing people to vaping, but I couldn't have stuck with either of them for too great a length of time. Of course.. I am a bit of a techy nerd so chances are I will be experimenting till the end of time and never be 100% satisfied.

I have been vaping for almost a year and a half, and admittedly should have joined ECF much sooner.

I started with a 510 mini, liked that enough to know that if there was something better out there, I wanted in on it.
Fast forward to the Ego-T (Tornado). couldn't believe how much better it was, used that for the better part of 6 months.
Got fed up with them leaking all the time and the inconsistent hit/flavor when they weren't completely full.
Got some Vision stardust clearos (LR short wick). those worked great for a couple of weeks. now they will give amazing vapor and flavor (like when I first got them) but after a few hits they stop working and the battery connector fills up with juice, try and take a few more hits without disassembling/cleaning = mouth full of juice. I still use em though, love the way they work when they work :vapor:
Got some Vivi Nova tanks. they won't wick my vg juice properly, even after tweaking the wicks. Methinks i got some of the bad ones, apparently the preinstalled heads are a crapshoot.
Now i'm thinking about going to cartos or Dripping.

You know i've been playing around with VG and PGfor a few days now, VG is almost a 1/3 more viscous than PG.. you might try adjusting the viscosity with a little distilled water or even some high grade alcohol (vodka) to see if it wicks better. A more experienced vapor might have a different take on it, and i might be wholly incorrect but that seems to me like it might change your characteristics a bit
