I ordered a few different sizes, so I still have to get them in and see which ones will work. If non of them work I got that sheet of high temperature rubber I'm gonna make my own with. Hopefully it all works out.

Don't bother emailing or contacting 310 or vaper craze.... you'll just get some stupid email back telling you to tighten things down and then explaining how hybrids shouldn't be set on their side because they leak out the holes (no s*&t, like we didn't know that), and telling you if you set them up correctly there should be no juice on the top deck during use... which is also bs because vapor gets everywhere inside of the chamber when in use. It's only natural that condensed clowdes of vapor inside a small chamber will create residual juice collection on the cap walls, the deck, and the positive post. I guess they need a go to response assuming everyone is an idiot and carrying their Nobel upside down in their pocket wile riding a dirt bike. But that's not our issue... our issue is the small amount of vapor left on the deck after releasing from the coil leaking down the positive post onto our battery. Our issue isn't large amounts of un-vaped juice leaking out the fill hole then down the post.

They just don't wanna admit there's a design flaw in their product that could be easily fixed with proper o-rings, gaskets, washers, grommets, ex.

Leaking Noble 1 here as well.

I have two of them. The first one I bought (non-anodized atty) began leaking after a few days, but I was able to correct it by making sure the center post was threaded further down into the battery tube. Second one I bought (anodized atty), no amount of adjustment has prevented it from leaking juice onto the battery. Pisses me off.

I've got both an anodized version and non anodized, and any time I've had a leaking issue, a little adjustment to the top nut on the deck while pushing the pin from the bottom, has fixed my issue.

One option, albeit extreme, is to completely remove the heat from the center post and simply fill the column interior with epoxy resin. You'd never be able to remove the post again, but there'd be no good reason to. The entire column would be sealed.

I was thinking of something like that... but you're right about it being extreme. say your battery rattles a lot, then you're kinda stuck.

If what I've done doesn't fix the issue, I think I'll try replacing the shrink-wrap with something thicker and/or just add some electrical tape to it to make it more snug.

also, I only started to notice this after I started using a pg/vg mix, when I was using just vg there was no leak (for obvious reason).

Could remedy that with an o-ring or neoprene washer under the battery. Then use washers to reduce the button throw.

What sux is the fact that we have to think about this crap in the 1st place.

i have fiddled endlessly with noble's nuts....to no avail....
i think its time for drastic measures...lol
it is quite annoying- from an average collection of good gear- this is my first disappointment- can't take the thing anywhere always having to unscrew the atty and clean up juice...ridiculous!
VAPOR CRAZE-YOU KNOW WE ARE ALL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE- SEND US THE PROPER SOLUTION!

I agree that it has its design flaws, and seemed a bit rushed.

Have you tried putting white Teflon tape around the top part of the center post where the plastic/o-ring meets it and the deck?

not yet...i just took the whole center post out for the first time, decided fiddling with nuts wasn't cutting it, cleaned everything, screwed the center post down a bit , the bottom o-ring seems too small, the top plastic is a really cheap way of inserting a center post- didn't realize it until i took the whole thing apart- kind of a junker atty lol...although if it worked well this thread wouldn't exist...
annoying....
did you mean putting white teflon around the center post extending from the interior of the atty up to the spring?
really VAPOR CRAZE- you would have a great piece of hardware if it wasn't for leaking down the center post? MAKES ME WANT TO LAUGH...and cry for the $200 i spent

hey everyone: so after i took it all apart, washed it, blow dried it, reassembled, fiddled with the nuts some more-
its been about 15 min of vaping and no leak so far: i have a hard time believing im that lucky...lol
will update in a few hours....after im back from work....lets see if it can handle the day...
if not, will start wrapping teflon, screwing washers, fiddling with more nuts, bigger and better nuts.

I don't know how you got a plastic part in the top...they must've added that in the later editions.

Here is where you should try the Teflon tape: from the heat shrink to the top of the nut.

I thinking once I get the sheet of high temperature rubber plastic in that I can make a gasket to go under the top plastic washer that sits just bellow the spring. I believe the sheet I got is 1/16th of an inch thick.

I figure I'll cut a small circle out of the sheet around the same size as the plastic washer, then poke a super super small hole in the middle with a pin. Then force the positive post through the new gasket and tighten everything down so the plastic washer that comes with the nobel will squish the newly made gasket down. The super small hole in gasket will be tightly stretched around the positive pin to make a liquid tight seal on it, then the washer will squish it all down against the deck.

The issue with the top plastic washer that comes with it is that the inside diameter of it doesn't make a seal around the positive post... so no matter how tight you get the washer to the top deck, it will still have room in-between the post and inside of washer for juice to crawl down the possive post and onto the battery.
