PM= Private Message - the operative word being private and yes, you did read that wrong as the 2nd quote box is not attributed to anyone and appears to be a continuance of my part of a PRIVATE msg.

The first quote was from your post just before her post NOT a PM (just go back and look at the thread) and the second quote she makes clear is from the ASH web site, but she didn't want to post his name here because we all dislike him so much. (See part of her post I bolded.)
You say you didn't write the second post and then say it's part of a PM? Even if that was true, you would have had to have sent that PM to HER for her to have been able to copy it and the only part she published was the PUBLIC quote from the ASH site - nothing you personally said.
She was just answering your question and then making a comment on how ridiculous it is that Banzhaf claims to be trying to help people, yet withholds information for money.
Sorry you misread it, but Elaine is one of the nicest, kindest and most dedicated ecig advocates on this forum and I believe she deserves an apology for your accusation. Not to mention your broadbrush painting of ALL of the members here being "just not nice people" because you jumped to conclusions after not reading carefully.

Whoa, I really didn't know that some links were disabled! I'll definitely keep that in mind (in addition to the need for sensitivity with He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named). I have a great deal of respect for Vocalek and the sheer volume of information she brings to this forum...I must agree with you that an apology to her is definitely warranted, and as soon as possible.
I've been pretty shocked at some of the fighting on this forum, and while some of it is more than understandable, it's also really unfortunate.

Kristin is right. I don't like to write his name or the name of his organization. He combs the Web for mention of his name or his organization's name. I'm pretty sure that somewhere he is totaling up the score.

We try to avoid writing out his name in here. He thrives on publicity. Keep in mind the adage that even negative attention is still attention. He does searches for his name. By misspelling his name on purpose or using our own special nicknames for him we give him fewer hits.
