Same here! Its strange how silent everyone is about this device! No preorders or vendor talk to speak of.

Right? No pre-release reviews or first-looks, either. I'm pretty curious - especially about the price. I want to see some videos to see how the recessed tank thing works and how/if you could use devices that don't fit in the recess. If it's priced well, I could definitely see getting one of these. My trusty ego-twist that I use for out-and-about vaping finally died so I'm in need of a new, pocket-friendly, good battery-life device. I think I like the vtr better than the mvp or the v3 vv/vw . .but I definitely need to see it in a video.

I don't see how there could be pre-orders with no price from Innokin yet. One reviewer hinted in a very roundabout way that they might have one but I would expect that Innokin has asked reviewers to hold off until the VTR is officially released.

Care to share who? Which video?

^^^ Sorry. It was private email and there was nothing that would be of the slightest interest to anyone other than an inference that Innokin may have sent out a pre-release model to get feedback from a single reviewer. That said, I would not be surprised if Innokin did send at least a few pre-release models out to people they trust as they show some promising signs of actually listening to what reviewers have to say. Also, the president of the company made a trip to the U.S to discuss pending products.

Oh OK, I thought it was in a video and I'm always browsing YouTube and am subscribed to many reviewers channels and I hadn't heard a mention of anything so I was just curious. Gah, this anticipation is just killing me!!!

Kaleb my friend! I haven't seen you so interested in anything for a LONG time :). I was too... but that whole competition, the cheating and name choice fiasco dampened my enthusiasm.

I've just realized that you can't put RBA on it. But would be easy to make an extension out of a carto, just wire a connector on top of it and Bob's your uncle. I all ready made one extension this way and it works great. Don't forger "Vaptor" for those fat royalties. :)

Yes you can, they have an extension for it that will allow it to sit on top.

Yeah, that kept me from pulling the trigger on an MVP, too. I want an ohm reader on my VV/VW device, plain and simple. The VTR looks fantastic, but again, the feature you like is one that may keep me from getting it, the recessed tank slot. While that may be awesome for the iClears and various tanks, it's just not gonna work for me.

Did you know it has an extender attachment making it so one can use any 510 "on top" of the device? I have no info if that will be an add on or part of the kit.

I have a feeling we'll have reviews on the 15th or very very soon after. Innokin is becoming quite a very good marketer. For all we know, distributors may have in stock and can't sell until the 15th as part of their distribution agreement. Happens all the time with other industries.

Or, they are still scrambling to make this deadline!

The one possible concern I have with this mod is the location of the firing button. I have a REO box and I have tried to see whether pushing a button in the middle of its sides is natural and comfortable, and I can't say that it would come natural. For thumb pushing, it would have to go to the top of the side. Even better would be the top (where the rotating wheel of the VTR is). I wonder if the top button in that wheel could be programmed to actually fire... The second cosmetic issue I have is the silly text "Taste it - Love it". Ideally, I would love to see this mod without any branding.

All will be forgiven if you've been holding out on us if you get up a review within five seconds of the VTR's official release. :p

Ummmm. No. 5 seconds is far too long. If it doesn't happen simultaneously, he should be hung from the nearest yardarm.

I think the button placement will work well. The larger case size (compared with a Reo) should make it comfortable to press the button with your index or middle finger. But, only way to find out is to get one in hand (is it Thursday yet????).

I agree re: the silly writing on it. That's probably going to get covered with a decorative piece of electrical tape until jwraps comes out with a wrap for it.
