New Joye 510-T startup

Hello,
I'm new here and just received my new Joye 510-T in the mail today and haven't used it yet. I'm waiting for the intial charge to complete and I'm wondering if there's anything else I need to know before I start vaping. I'm having trouble recognizing the components! I know a lot of people don't think this model is even worth bothering with but I decided I'd rather spend less money to start with in case I didn't like vaping at all than to deal with the risk of having to buy a better kit later. I got the tank version because I thought it would be easier to fill than the others and I bought a manual since that seemed to be preferable from what I read. Is there anything else I need to do besides giving it a longer charge the first time? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question...these things seem so confusing to me at first!

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Welcome to the ECF! Your next step will be to fill your cartridge with e-liquid and then you'll be ready for your first vape. there really isn't too much more to it than that. Just make sure to charge your second battery right away and always try to keep a charged spare so you don't run out of power.

Don't forget to prime your atomizer. That was strongly related in the demo I attended. I'm only in my first week and I'm loving it, however, my first 48 hours were torture. I received 3 soft plastic tanks with my kit and all three were leaking terribly right off the bat. I didn't know of this forum at the time so I had to get inventive on my own. In an attempt to figure out a solution I split two of the three. Down to the last and I found temporary success. . . I cut a filter out of a traditional cig and stuffed it in the tank and used two stoppers. I'm still having a slight leaking issue if I load too much liquid, but I have new tanks on the way and I've been smoke free for one week tomorrow with no regrets! I also found that the filter filler helped with the flavor transition. Best of luck!!!!!
