re: New users - Put your location in your Profile...

No, I stick to deep well rda's and viscosity is not an issue with the most basic type of tank.

Hi

I vape AG because I'm allergic to high doses of PG.
So it's not the thickness of the juice thats the issue it's the base product.

Thanks for the heads up wirh the locations but I'm happy buying my product now online as I've been kindly shown some dirt cheap sellers of AG and VG base product however VG base concentrates are going to be hard to come by so have to bulk buy when I find them.
Cheers for the tutorial link I will take a butcher's!!

I'm using a site called Totally wicked

As my allergy is so severe I like to know the liquids I buy are produced in the UK and not over seas as we all have different regulations etc

Totally wicked are probably the biggest chain of stores and online. I wouldn't spend my money with then, no.
Now, as for the rest... There are almost no regulations the UK. The only regs cover premade nicotine liquid. If you want dilutents etc you should not trust just anybody...since there's no regulations. It's a catch 22. I buy all my DIY ingredients in the UK, none of it is MADE in the UK. Nicotine comes from Switzerland only - more or less. The rest is either sourced from standard pharmaceutical/science/agriculture supplies.
Maybe ask on AAEC or UKVapers.

Does anyone else here vape AG?

Oh, that brings back memories. I used to buy my AG (and PG) from Decadent Vapours--I loved it. I also loved their eliquids. Totally Wicked used to sell them here in the States, but they had a falling out and DV stopped selling their products to TW. Then Liberty Flights carried DV eliquids and DIY line, but that died also. I'm still sad about it, bur decided that importing ejuices from England was just not practical and too expensive, so I found local suppliers. Interestingly, Nick O''Teen, the founder/owner of DV, was a member of this forum years ago, and I loved learning from him.

Is this the store you're buying from?

That said, if it's just AG you're looking for, any good vegetable glycerin [has to be US pharmaceutical grade (USPG) or British Pharmacopoeia (BP)] with a little (10-15% distilled water) will give you AG. Chemically speaking, your 50% AG + 50% VG mix is just a mix of 50% VG (pharma grade) glycerol with distilled water + 50% VG (glycerol) without added water. ;)

From our archived Decadent Vapours forum--now defunct.

Q for Nick: do we need water on a mix?
