new Kanger dual coil head versitility

Any thoughts or ideas if the new Kanger dual coil heads that come with the Kanger Aero MEGA/MINI? Can they be used with older model protanks? I know the current dual coils can only be used on the Protank III but not I or II.

The dual coil heads used in the Aerotanks, Protank 3 and Mini Protank 3 are the same and completely interchangeable. But like you said, they are not backwards compatible with older series protanks

The aerotank's will fit the PT3, but the new mega an mini have a totally different design, they look like a hybrid between a protank coil and a nautilus one, check P. Busardo youtube videos he did a couple reviews on those.

Hey, new to ECF. I guess this will be my first post.

If anyone's wondering, well for those who havent seen em anyway. Here are the new upgraded Kanger Dual Coils. I didnt even know I had the upgraded version until about 20 minutes ago. Bought em from a Kanger rep at Vapebash Chicago on Friday. He did tell me they were the new coil, but I thought he meant the long stem DC's as thats the picture on the box, and I never opened them until a few mins ago, but they do have a sticker that says new coil. Anyway, the picture is attached.

And I did just try them in my mini PT2 as I was typing this, and they dont seem to fit.

How do people feel about these newer long-stems? I am still using my Evod style's, and love it. Actually just opened my second one after making my first last almost a month with thorough cleaning and dry burning! I'm wanting to order a pack of the long stems, but I have heard mixed reviews, mostly concerning the airier draw. I'm guessing I could fix this issue with my PT3 simply utilizing my air flow control valve, right? Any thoughts of the taste and vapor production compared to the originals?

This is the answer I was looking for! Not happy its not compatible with PT II or mini...

They will fit in the PT3/mini PT3/Aero/EVOD2/T3D.. PT1&2 are left out..

hello all...i have been using the new ones...i go through them much quicker...i use them on AeroTanks and Protank2...i have saved the spent ones...so how are we to clean these? just soak them in vodka, because the tops look hard to open...thanks!

I rebuild them after a lot of reading and youtube but u will save a lot of $$$$$

I know for sure that they work in my AeroTank (pre-V 2)
