It looks like there's been a staggering of production - Black and Gold first, followed by Grey, Green, Silver. The fact that FT expects to get the Grey in three days quite likely means that Focal will have theirs in three days too - or perhaps even before that, given Focal seem to be a priority.
You ordered ages ago so you're right at the front of the queue. I'm sure yours is going out by Wed latest, and could even be Mon or Tue.

Its all good in the hood, not like I need another mod so soon. I'll eventually stare at my TC collection trying to figure which one I'll use for the day like I was going out to an event or dinner, etc.
It seems they modified the LED light on the production units because in the newer photos it protrudes from the top much higher and is more noticable than in previous photos (it sort of sticks out like a sore thumb) and it looks like this could somewhat interfere with screwing on a tank. Still looking forward to reading some reviews.
Yeah it has some sort of cover on it now, it does indeed look a bit crap. My worry isn't so much screwing on attys - I figured it was far enough away for that - so much as one knock or drop of the mod in the wrong place and that will surely smash right off.
I didn't really understand why they couldn't have it flush like the flash/LED on the back of most cell phones is.
Oh well, have to see what it's like in person!
@eddiea there's a review on the ProBoard eCig forum, which is linked on all the Mini VFs on Focal's site. So find the mod on Focal and at the top of the description there's a link "READ REVIEW". That was a pre-production model but it gives you a good idea - and is very complimentary.
I'll be doing a YouTube review as soon as I get mine, but that won't be for at least 10 days it seems.
Thanks Bloke for the info on the review links, and yes it is odd about the LED not being flush.
Upon reading the review kangxin had done some sort collaboration work with the reviewer. He had requested a change to LED flashlight, as you see now. As well as replacing the brass raised 510 connection to a flush SS 510 connex.
Well I'm glad he got them to change the 510, that was a good move. And I'd certainly rather have nice 510 and silly LED cover than the other way around. But still, not sure what he/they were going for with that LED bulge. Maybe he found the flush one was really susceptible to scratches or spilt juice or something.
I'm not a fan of the flashlight on it, but at least was flush before, why make it look like a porthole sticking out, I know they are trying to stay ahead of the game with ideas, but don't think many will like that thing sticking out like that.
Push comes to shove you could always remove the light. Except you'll have to cover that gaping hole somehow.
Congrats @TheBloke, good to hear that yours shipped out. GREAT news! I will definitely order a second from FT if the mini VF I have coming from Angel turns out to be a good mod. As FT has a WAY better warranty.I have an ETA on my Mini! And guess what.. it's the original one I ordered from FT, not the second one I ordered from Focal
This means I am almost certainly going to get two, because I can't cancel from Focal - I already cancelled an order once there before, when I had a sudden problem with my Paypal account. Having talked to Doris and chased delivery of my Mini, I can't bear to then cancel a second order with them. Especially as I hope to ask her to link to some YT reviews I'll be doing.
Oh well, I am sure I can sell it in the UK - or I'll just keep two of themFor £30, it's not exactly the end of the world.
Anyway, ETA is Wednesday. In the recent past when I've had FT ETAs they've always beaten them, but I'm guessing this one is likely to go the full distance. Assuming they ship out on Thursday, I'll have it perhaps Wednesday of the following week, Wednesday 27th.
That lens looks funky but, I actually think I will use that flashlight!
Um.. my bubble has been slightly burst. Saw a vid and the guy's LED of the flashlight comes on every time the fire button is pressed. Not too bright but still. What you guys think? Any fixes to be had?

I have a mini shipped today from FT, but not the green. Two days ago I thought that given I was going to get two, I should change the colour of one. Also, just as important, I hoped it meabt I would get it sooner. Because FT had gold in stock.
Anyway, the plan didn't work as well as it should because it took FT nearly two days to action it.
It just shipped so should get my gold next Tuesday or Wednesday. No idea when the green from focal will ship, still no movement, but good to know Tree's went out.
I figure onxd I have both I'll either sell the gold, or give it away to promote my YouTube channel.
Sent by fondling my slab.

Still a decently cheap device even if you did give it away. But if it were me and where I live I could easily get more then what I paid for just by selling it locally. I wouldnt gouge its value to someone but maybe a few extra bucks.

B) Update my FT order to get it faster than Focal
My Focal order shipped today as well And actually several hours before FT - 11:40am today, where FT shipped at 14.30 (both UK time.) I didn't notice until now because they sent the email to my Paypal email address, which is different to my normal address.
So I was in the same batch as Treeburner after all - despite ordering 10 days later.
Looks like I am quite possibly going to receive both Mini VFs on exactly the same day
Unfortunately Monday is a public holiday in the UK, so best case I'll get them both Wednesday.
On the upside, I do at least have two colours coming instead of 2 x green.
