Get a decent mod with at least an 18490 battery. Having too much battery power available is key to not putting yourself in a position to be without a vape when you most need it.

Just my opinion of course, I fumbled around with cigalikes at first, completely skipped the ego phase, and dove head first into a mod and I'm never looking back.

If your convinced vaping can help you quit, I recommend another battery or two, and some backup juice carrying devices should those stop working. Don't allow an equipment breakdown (including no charged batteries available) or lack of e-juice available give you reason to buy more cigarettes.

Before long, you'll actually prefer vaping to smoking. Good luck. Vaping really works!
