Hi, guys, new dude from OC here. I've been wanting to try vaping for a while now to try an alternative to smoking cigarettes for health reasons and because of my job. I drive semi trucks for a living and the company doesn't appreciate it when there are ashes all over the truck at the end of my shift.

My buddy gave me a free Smoov starter kit today and so far it's been working great. I'm lucky enough to have a vape shop that's literally 2 minutes up the street so earlier this evening I picked up a 12mg bottle of Crunch Berries flavored liquid; it's delicious! My buddy who gave me the starter kit and the employees at the vape shop both recommended I pick up a new tank some time on down the road. I was told my current tank is a 'top-feeder' and it's not as nice as other types of tanks out there. I've never tried anything else but it seems to work okay to me... suggestions?

Thanks! :vapor:

Ahhh, ok. I was worried when i saw what i pulled up.

This is similar to what i started vaping on! If that tank works for you then heck, keep using it! You will find alot of people reccomending this and that. If your like me, your probably really excited about this new journey and see all the cool things and want upgrades! Well, a few i know work well are:

Iclear30
Protank 2/3

Both are good tanks, easy to use and fill and come with replaceable parts. Atomizers themselves go bad after around 10 days and then its time to replace them. the iclear and protank both have replaceable heads that are around 3 dollars ea out the door.

Anyway, cheers!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask

From the picture in your link, you have an ego type battery. These batteries have threads for two types of 'toppers'; ego threading(the larger outside threads) and 510(the small inside threads). Make sure whatever you get has one or the other.

Mini protanks II are popular bottom coil clearomizers and are about the same diameter as your battery. The regular protanks are a larger diameter and are a little top heavy with ego batteries.

I'm here, when I'm here
Smoov Ultimate Kit-Blue

Wow, didn't realize it cost him that much. He literally gave it to me and it was brand new unused.
Buddies like that, you need to keep. Shows he cares about your health and keeping the boss off your a** from ashing up the truck! :D

Happy Vaping!! :vapor:

Sorry, deleted original post. It was about 808's and thread adapters. I didn't see the link in OP's 2nd post, lol.

My first ego tank was similar to that and I didn't care much for the top wicking design vs. bottom coils either. I enjoyed my Kanger T3s's much more, as well as the Protank 2 I just got. If you're interested in trying out the protanks or mini protanks, here's a good spot to get them and the replacement coils fairly cheap when they're in stock.
