Hello my name is Justin i been reading forums for a couple weeks now and decided to join. I haven't smoked a cigarette in almost 3 years now (i do smoke cigars sometimes) but my girlfriend wants to quit smoking. She bought the E-Cigs from V2 cigs and she likes them so far. But she wants me to do the whole vaping thing with her. So i told her i would, i would just use no nic juices. But I have no clue which to go with. From my reading i think i might want to go with a twist. I been searching but can anyone point me in right direction for a decent starter kit for twist or even regular Ego-T/C? One or two batteries in kit i prefer two..

Thanks Justin

i would get I think it's great that your GF has decided to quit smoking, and I guess she needs your support, so sure, you can vape zero nic :)

What is your lifestyle, i.e, how long do you need / want your batteries to last before having to go on charger? Just want to make sure you get something you can live with before I recommend an mAh siize. :) Twists are definitely a good choice for you.

You'll get a different answer from everyone here on vendor, but I will post who I've dealt with and who treats me great.

Welcome to ECF and Merry Christmas. Have a Happy safe New Year.
Here is a link to a site I buy from and have had good experiences with.
eCig Starter Kit - 1100mah
They have others but I recommend at least a 1000mah battery. It has a charger with it but you may want to consider getting a second and an adapter so you can charge it off the computer and another for a car if you travel.
Some advice the clearos with it are good but they are not rebuildable or repairable so when they go I'd recommend at least a CE that is rebuildable like a CE5 or a Vivi Nova. For you the mini Vivi will probably do. I do not make recommendations on flavor for juice but I'd start at a low Nic content like 16mg per ml and see where that takes you. Here is some other stuff you may find useful.

Welcome Justin. What a chivalrous gesture indeed. I have never vaped 0 nic, but I can tell you to expect a learning curve and taste difference with SS mesh and silica wicks. I'm sure you have read of these particular undesirable tastes on these forums.
Knowing what little that I know of vaping in general, but having 51 years of life experience, I personally would not get into vaping myself if an occasional cigar was my vice. No disrespect intended.

Either way, you've come to THE source (ECF) for info, which is commendable. I'm certain that you'll find the answer that you seek.

6 hours the 650mAh batts will work for you.

Steved5600 posted a good deal.

If you want genuine joyetech twists (I'm a brand loyal kinda gal!) then Altsmoke, Vapors Choice, The Vapor Room or Cignot are vendors I use.

All of them will treat you right, and so will Steved5600's suggestion of vendor, so......good luck!

By the way, welcome to ECF........and tell your girlfriend to log on here! We have places to show off girlie batts n' stuff. Both of you will have a LOT of fun here. :)

No disrespect taken. I have cut down on cigars, i was smoking 8-12 a week. But i have been trying to cut down, i do maybe 2-3 a week now. The price of cigars with what i was smoking (weekly) was not cheap.
