Just wanted to say hello from the Midwest.
I was a 40 year smoker, and went from 3 packs a day to 0 in 24 hours. I quit on 4/4/14.
my wife was so impressed she quit 1 day latter.
I have to say we've never been happier. and are never going back.

Welcome!!!!!!!!! I've been using ecigs exclusively for about 3 years and don't even think about another analog. Finding a good eliquid locally is a challenge. Try the Encore French Roast at the tobacco shop on Bishop.

I get most supplies online. They do have good vape shops at the Lake and in STL.

Congratulations on your success! It's pretty amazing, isn't it? I did the same thing - stopped smoking the day I got my beginner ego kit and haven't looked back. Keep it up. It gets to be more fun the more you do it!

Congrats and welcome to the family! After my first vape, I literally smoked nine more cigarettes and I quit completely. I'm so happy that you and your wife were able to quit. I just wish vaping was around 15 years ago lol

I'm gonna guess housing prices are a lot better there than East Coast, right? Wife and I are both retired, no more family here, and considering options. Sounds nice.

OMG YES!!! My BF (yeah, almost 50 and I have a boyfriend - sheesh!) has a 2500 sq ft home on about 3.5 acres... he paid $125,000 for it. UN-believable!

The "big cities" aren't too big, and the country (where I am - smack dab in the middle of the state) is so beautiful! Rolling green hills abound. Lake of the Ozarks is amazing! There's just so much to do and see.
