So happy to have found this forum! I was a smoker for 20 years and smoked my last cigarette on Saturday (without any effort at all). Hooray for the e-cigarette and for you all who are so freely sharing your knowledge!

Another 20 year smoker from Texas. I walked away one Saturday as well, shocked at how easy it was considering how many times I had tried other ways to quit. Congrats and welcome from another Texas newbie. If you need help with anything just post it up, there's a lot of great folks here that will help you out.
