So I got a kit and some fluid off of my snus forum in a trade for some snus:

Totally Wicked Tornado starter kit (never opened)
30ml of 36mg tobacco America
30ml of 24mg Marlboro
10ml of 36mg Menthol

I have been looking to order some juice samples, but can not really find a vendor that has cheap sample liquids. There is just soooo many vendors out there to look at, and many only offer a few flavors for the sample, or will not let you substitute for flavors that you might want, or they charge a lot for the samples. Any ideas for some good vendors for this?

Also, I noticed that a lot of the concentrated flavors are much cheaper than premixed juice, so I was thinking about just getting the concentrates and making it myself instead of buying premixed, any thoughts this for a newbie would be appreciated as well.

If your completely new to vaping, I'd try ordering some juice first to see what you like. As far as samples, cheap isn't always better. If you know a flavor you have in mind, most vendors sell a smallish size.

I'm considering making some fruit type juices. Someday. Maybe. I have a feeling that will be just as expensive as buying premade with all of the flavors out there to test.

When i first started, i kept reading as much info here on ECF to see what vendors had the most positive reviews for their liquid. Also, I started building up a nice "sample stash" by checking out the classifieds Classifieds and swaps and making purchases from other members.

I've chosen not to diy because there are so many different components/flavors needed to make the more delicious juices and i feel that i cannot duplicate them.

Well a lot of people including myself do it but, it's not like you mix the flavoring with water. You need nicotine, PG, VG, and flavoring. At the top of this forum there's a stickie of MistresNomad's videos for newbies. There's a video in there about mixing juice. There's also a DIY forum on here to check out. Be careful with the nic.

Thanks all for the replys, I got the regular kit not the tank kit. Honestly I don't know the difference, but from what I read it is a eGo....am I correct in thinking that supplies for eGo are interchangeable from any supplier?

I think I will have to get some DIY stuff anyways, because the 36mg juice is just too strong for me, and I was thinking I would probably have to cut it to lower the nic content. Thinking I could do it with some PV/VG just to be able to use them, but am still wet behind the ears with all of this. My routine form of nic intake is Swedish snus, so this is more of a hobby for me, but I really enjoy it and want to try more. I originally got it for my wife, but she is not into it, so I picked it up and have been the one using it.

Yes - well pretty much. :) Some 'eGo types' aren't exactly the same but if it says eGo, esp. Joye eGo and not 'eGo-type' you should be good to go with any accessories.

The difference between the regular eGo and the eGo-t (tank) is that instead of cartridges with fillers to hold ejuice - there is just a tank that you fill - no filler inside. And the atomizers are different to accomodate that difference.

You should monitor reactions - hiccups is a sign of too much nic, dizziness too. You can get some PG or Vegetable Glycerin at walmart or local store. Make sure it has the "USP" designation on the label - which is food grade for human consumption. There is some without that designation which you shouldn't use. And if you dilute 2 part ejuice to 1 part PG/VG then you'll have 24mg and a 1:1 ratio will give you 18mg. There will also be a drop in flavor of course. First opportunity, you could pick up some 6, 8 or 12 mg juice of the same flavor and then you can mix them and you'll be good as far as flavor goes. Happy vaping!!
