just let me begin by saying that ECF has been invaluable to me, it has been a great source of information about everything vape related.
Ok, so i have tried vaping before, i used an ego style vaporizer with the tank that came with it about a year ago (at the time i had no clue it was actually a clone). it was great and i had stopped smoking all together, up until i sat on it and broke it in half. I managed to be analog free for about 8 months so it was heart breaking when i broke it, not to mention my girlfriend was ...... off that i was back to analogs (the smell, the money i would be spending and the ashtray taste when she kisses me
).
Fast forward to about 6 weeks ago, i met up with an old friend that had a Dookz mod with a Cyclone atty and he was blowing clouds and i was like "wow, i didnt know you could do that". So i asked him about it and he said that he would help me get back into it, 3 weeks later i received my Vanilla Mod (18650 configuration) by Smok-e Mountain Mech Works and a Nimbus atty and a Chaplin by Vicious Ant. OK im sure some off you are thinking "woah! you are jumping straight into a RDA and a mech mods with out any prior knowledge". Just so that it is clear, in the 3 weeks it took to get setup, i did A LOT of research about mech mods, RDAs, building coils, ohms law, the battery's limits and safety. By the time i got it i felt confident with the information i knew, building and vaping in general.
Back to the present, i have gone 3 weeks without analogs and i am sooooo happy with it. I dont plan on ever going back to analogs, and now, i just want to buy more mods and different atomizers and just try out different builds. My friend and I are even thinking of starting a small business here since there are no suppliers of vaping goods.
i just wanted to say thank you again to ECF and the community who have given me so much information, i plan on spreading the word to every smoker that asks (because i dont really want to force it on them, i hate people that just push their opinions when no one is asking).
