Hi all! ive been vaping for about 6 months and have tried a couple different setups so far. right now i use a vv/vw from apollo.com with a iclear30 and couldnt be happier. ill switch off and on with a anyvape davide but the iclear 30 has much better taste. i had a MVP 2.0 for a month or so untill it crapped out on me. and ive come to like Nicoticket and Gingers e-juice for my liquid. i am open to any other companies for parts and juices..

What someone may like, you may dislike. Why not do some window shopping online, if you like the look of something, look it up here or on youtube.
As for liquid, that is simply a case of trying a wide variety of flavors, (tobacco, fruit, bakery, soda flavors etc), before you narrow it down to what you like.
It takes time, but can be fun.

I like their house brand of juices that I've tried so far (plus the prices are good) - been staying away from the others they sell. Hardware prices vary from good to high - shop around for the best deal. They also have reward points that help cut the cost. I've used 3 or 4 other places when I wanted some parts and had the time to hunt for the best price.

Welcome to the forum, eyeguy! Taste is subjective in both juice and equipment. The gear you have is good, too bad the MVP died on you. I still have one, but don't use it anymore since going the mechanical route. I can't see any reason why it would only last a month. I am a Nicoticket fan, but that's me. There are so many juice makers out there, so you are going to have to scout around and see what appeals to you. Any piece of equipment and any juice is wonderful if that's what satisfies you and keeps you off of the smokes!

I'm a new Vapor too (4months and days) and just found this site so not yet a member for 24hrs. I have ordered from several online vendors but found it's expensive to buy eliquid you don't like when you get it. I have since decided to buy local except for one Vapory on line (only because I physically went to one of their stores and Vaped out all their flavors in one afternoon) MY BAD! You can order from them online (not sure they will allow me to give the name here) but here goes! Vaperight. I love their mystic menthol(not too strong) Mango pixie (sweet and bubbly tart) Creamy Custard (Yummy smooth) Handebar (Creamy fruity hard to descibe) I have even has some success at our local Gas Station (they let you flavor sample) with tobbacco and menthol flavors. so just try everything you can there is a world of flavors to enjoy. Keep on Vaping on 
I too am in iwakuni do you know if there is a vape shop around the area? I heard there is one in downtown iwakuni.
So Hiro sells a couple vapes but no juices with nicotine. I do have some guys that are out here with me that had some juice with nicotine so that worked out well. I would like to say that it is working out great for me. I read that it doesn't work for chewing but I would say they are wrong. 2 days down and going strong.

I started vaping a while ago and I can say that it did help me quit smoking cigs/cigars as well as dipping. I also used mint chew to help break the habits as well.
Have you tried a mech mod yet? My buddy got me into them a little while back, and I must say I fell in love. You can go after RDAs that are built for flavor or ones built for massive clouds. I must say I do love my clouds, and once you start dripping you are hooked! How long have you been here in Iwakuni?

I am planning on buying some samples from a few venders and see what i like. There are a lot more than i expected so done some searches to see peoples favourites and companies that appear the most i will try first.
