You might want to visit the vape shops in KL...they can get you outfitted with a decent setup and some juice. You could also talk to the folks at 3Avape.com (via Skype) to see if they send gear to SG. There's also a SG Vapers sub-forum here on ECF...they'll be able to help you.

As for a starter kit, I like the Innokin MVP 2.0 or iTaste VV V3.0 for batteries and Aspire Nautilus or Mini Nautilus tanks with the new BVC coils.

Joe's from Singapore...the govt. there has banned e-cigs based on the 2008 (!) WHO announcement. I'm from Thailand...importation of e-juice with nic is illegal...but we manage to vape anyway!

Welcome Joe! There are many people here in the USA that are against vaping also. They just don't understand that it saves lives. It is legal here right now, but who knows for how long?
