Greetings Fellow E-Cig users
I'm a New Member who joined this forum on the 20th of this month to mark my first full Month without analog Cigs. I had to slowly wean myself off the analogs while vaping for a couple months and now I can honestly say that I have replaced that bad habit with vaping. It took me quite awhile to find the right gear and e-liquids that work for me, but thanks to this forum and all the helpful folks who posted great information Im finally happy with my vaping Experience
My Vaping story started late 2011 with the E-cig packs that looks like Cigarette packs, but was totally unsatisfied with the Vapor and Nicotine. A friend of mine at work also started vaping and introduced me to the Ego-C starter kit. I was amazed by how much vapor he was able to produce compared to my E-Cig packs. I gotta admit, while I liked vaping on the Ego-C's, my inexperience almost got me out of vaping completely. Mainly with those, I had leaking issues from flooding my attys by trying to smoke them like cigarettes, using PG based liquids. Kept up with it for a bit, but got discouraged and slowly started back to analogs. So that was my first experience with vaping.
Now its a couple of years later and I thought I would give it another go. I was amazed by how much E-cigs had evolved since I first started. With VV and VW mods, awesome new tank styles and more E-liquid suppliers, the choices were just overwhelming. Thats when I discovered this forum and started doing some research on what was now available.
I wound up with Innoken mods, got a iTaste 134 for home use, a iTaste VTR for work and use a Kanger ProTank2 on one of my old Ego batteries for just portability.
Here is a pic of my current Gear
Got into RBA's this week, and have started winding my own coils too....
Here is my very first coil, 30 gauge kanthal wire around 3mm Eko Wool which yeilded 1.6 ohm on the VTR ohm meter.
Here is my first attempt at a Nano Coil today
So I would like to Thank everybody here for sharing their vaping experience and allowing us Noobs to learn from the best.
Not only has vaping got me off a 30 year 2 pack a day analog habit, but has provided me with another hobby to enjoy
