Hey all! A little back story on myself and what brought me here. I started smoking when I turned 20. I'm now 24, going to be 25 this year. I was introduced to vaping, May of 2011, when my mother bought a "21st century smoke" bargain e-cig from the smoke shop nearby. As soon I saw it, I had to try it. I took a puff and at that very moment, my brain flipped a switch and I knew I'd never go back to analogs. It has all the satisfaction of smoking for me, while eliminating most the negative aspects of smoking. Suffice to say I've been hooked.

The only problem I had with 21st Century bargain e-cig was that, what it seems most people run into after an extended time vaping, batteries on the "cigarette look-alike-minis" don't hold as long a charge, or out right die too early. So after going through about 6-7 (lost count really) batteries over the past year. I decided to look into more.

That's what brought me here. I finally settled after about a week or 2 of researching these forums and other places through google and finally upgraded. I ended up deciding on a genuine JoyeTech Ego-C from Joye eGo | Joye 510 | Electronic Cigarette supplies Tulsa | Batteries, atomizers, cartomizers, e-Liquid and more! (Had been buying their e-juice (Ry4, love it) to reuse my cartomizers on my 21st century)

I ordered it friday July 6th and received it today, monday July 9th. I couldn't be happier. As most people who finally upgrade from their bargain e-cigs. It's like night and day difference. I can't believe what I was missing. And after as much research as I've done, I really think I'll manage this system well without the quirks others have been having.

I know I rambled on, but I just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone in on my current vaping journey and I feel now that I've made a huge leap.

welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! I smoked my last analog 2 years ago and now the smell of them turns my stomach. i too started off with a basic setup(510 manual from Totally wicked). I was a pack a day camel wide smoker for 15 years and the basic 510 just didnt do it for me. Thats when i started lookin for more and came across madvapes.com. They turned me on to a 5 volt box mod that i could build at home and inexpensively. I have since moved onto a 5 volt woo tube mod from clouds of vapor.com. what can i say other than this thing rocks and it's only 25 dollars. the only thing that matters is that is electric:vapor:
