I heard that also and your right, some do have rayon . I vape rayon and have enough for many years but the haven't seen that in my particular med bottles. I guess the ones I have all have the cotton inside.

I've never paid attention to what's in pill bottles. I love rayon and accidentally bought enough to wick for the next 50 years at least.

If you have a device that takes a P3 thread (P3, Classic, Radius or a 2.5 with a flat top) get the P3 threading. It's much more stable.
its not the flat head? will the p3/510 be stable? anybody used before.

also bought 3 battery to start with 1 18340 2 the bigger sizes don't remember the numbers and the star 4 battery charger. just need the tanks now

I didn't mean the 510 was unstable, the P3 connection is wider.

If I dropped a mod hard, I would prefer it had a P3 connection than a 510 for sure! :)

I have 25+ 510 tanks and only 2 P3 tanks, but the P3 connector is much more stable and I'm sure will prove to be much more durable than a 510 over time.

Nautilus tanks are great IMO. I have a bunch of them and use them daily. Great Provari match.

I'm thinking here, from a mechanic's viewpoint, a flush-fit same diameter 510 tank would need considerable force to rip it off. The force of the drop would be to the edges of the tank moreso than the 510??
Seems like the P3 threads are a bit overkill.

been using the prover for a couple of days have to say its better than i expected. still only using the nautilus mini tank. need to buy something better, been looking at the kayfun mini and the master coil v2 set. what wire do you guys use and how many wraps, ohms etc

Did you have to pay any excess delivery charges @lilco
    It came from America, yes?

Anyway, I'm glad you got it.

The master coi V2 set is about £34 more than the £1 coilmaster I use to make coils (if I can be bothered). You don't need it, unless you have like no tools at all in your house.

I'm glad your enjoying the provari, as for the nautilus, it's a good tank, but if you want something great, then your mention of the kayfun mini is a great choice. The wire would be 28g kanthal around a 2.0 to 3.0 mm diameter rod . Also your looking for a resistance of about 1.3 ohms , so the amount of wraps depends on the diameter your using. Also you need some wicking material, either rayon or cotton. Most use the Japanese kgd squares but I use rayon and tbh they are pretty similiar. The squares maybe easier just because it is easier to cut . Once you know the proper amount of cotton, you can just measure it and always get the same amount every time

I bought my first and only provari 2.5 at the end of 2012. It has been used maybe 50 times at most. Too much new equip showed up that was more enticing. At one time this forum could not handle anyone against the provari .. it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, Sure it is a nice piece of equip but they have had their day and they blew it. High cost is nice but after 5 years would i buy another...NO.

Another thought or two about tanks...

The Kabuki - got mine last week. If you enjoy the nautilus, you'll be very pleased with it. Flavor is better and coils seem to last a bit longer. If you have a p3 (flat top), get the P3 kabuki. I think that's all they well now anyway. If you have a slant top, you'll need an adapter.

Kayfun - I have a KFL+ and a KF4. The KF mini v3 is the best of both worlds from what I hear. Just keep a backup tank with you until you have the rebuilding figured out, so you don't leave home with a poorly wicked kit, flood it or burn it and get stuck with nothing.

    RDA's The tank without a tank -
Consider picking up a cheap dripper. It's good for learning how to build. There's a thousand different models to choose from. Just get one that's on sale that looks pretty basic and has pretty open deck. There is a lot of variation on air flow, deck and post configuration and so on. Do not spend big money until you have a better idea of what you might like. But, if you shopping at site that had some on clearance sake, throw one in the cart.

I've seen this tank think it looks pretty good
SQuape X[dream] Atomiser Kit by StattQualm

not available for a couple of days can't find any reviews on it either
The squape is supposed to be a very good quality tank but is rather large and heavy but if that is good with you, then vape quality wise, it is very good. Now this one looks like their newest version and not sure of the upgrades
