Yer kiddin right?!?

You have not contacted ProVape yet?

But you complain all over these threads?

WTO, d00d, Guess some people like their own sound?

What???
Tbh just not had the time works so hectic with new years etc.
Wanted to see what happened to the other forum member first, if the spring helped or not.
Just been getting along with the issue for now. Just carry extra batteries with me. But want to get it sorted in the long run.

Besides it's good to post, so others can see what issues are around. Many people may not even know that the spring is dud spring.

Well alrighty then...

But as soon as you get some time, get it fixed.

You'll love it so much that you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Sent everything off this morning. Cost around $60.00 CAD to ship everything express, with tracking and all..... UGH. Hopefully it gets fixed quickly and is all covered under warranty. Once I get everything back with information on what was wrong, and what was done to fix the product I will as promised post a detailed outline of the entire experience here and on the provape forums for future reference as this seems to be a unique experience for the most part. As I said earlier I expect to have everything back in around three weeks. Thanks guys!

When it comes back, you'll be happy you sent it in. The folks at Provape will make sure it's working perfectly for you. Yes they will!

Just out of curiosity does anyone think that
Provape should have introduced a micro usb port in the device somewhere? I think it would have been a good idea :)
So can vape and charge at the same time :)

All you need then is a usb cable and not spare batteries and charger on the go!

A Provi pass thru kit can be found on this page:

Although that is good. Think it would have been a good idea to just include a port that can charge the battery at the same time.

I also have emailed Provape today regarding the battery issue :)
Shall report back with what they say.

What I'd much rather see is a port to let one update the firmware directly via a download from Provape. I know they are, at some point, setting up dealers who want to invest in the equipment necessary (my dealer has already signed up, but doesn't yet have the tools from Provape), it will still cost me something to get an update. They said they'd be charging $15 for updates.

Hey Everyone,

So i got back from work, and my Provari was waiting in the mail. Took roughly 3-4 weeks from the time I sent it, to when I got it back.

Everything is working great again, and I spoke to Kim at Provape to get an explanation as to what the issue was.

Apparently a part of the board (U5) to be specific was damaged and then replaced. They then ran it through a battery of test's to ensure everything was working great and then sent the device back to me.

So I guess at the end of the day, if anyone experiences the same issue as I did it could very well be an issue with the circuit board.

Thanks again everyone for all the help! Much appreciated.
