Hey guys, I'm new here but have been reading from these forums for about 2 months now. I've always wanted to smoke cigarettes but my body is sensitive to harmful things (smoke, smells, bad food, etc..). I tried out an e cig at the mall and liked them but got dizzy shortly after. Then I tried out the njoy king and thought it was amazing but the next day I felt dizzy (most likely the nicotine). So I did some research and decided to buy an ego twist 1100mah blister kit with a T2 clearomizer with some 0mg menthol ejuice and I love it. I vape for about 5 hours straight every day. I feel great and love the cool menthol flavor hitting my throat after a 7 second drag. The first 2 days I felt shortness of breath but now I feel like I have lots of air. I have noticed a difference in the amount of time I can hold my breath though. Before I hop into the swimming pool at my gym I like to warm up in the hot tub. I hold my breath in the tub for about 3-3:30 minutes normally (4 minutes was my highest duration). After a week of vaping I have noticed that number drop to 3:00 then 2 days ago 2:30. Now I'm not entirely sure vaping is the cause. I haven't noticed any decrease of performance or gasping for breath but its still early in the game. It's been 3 weeks now and I can't and don't want to stop. I am planning on purchasing some erolls soon because they will limit my vaping time. I've always believed that my body will let me know if a harmful substance is inside me and so far, with vaping, I feel great. Usually the smallest change will be noticed by my body to alert me to stop. I'm very happy to have found e-cigs and love visiting these forums.

Why is that?

Well, ummm...

Bad plan.

I think your body's message went to voice mail.

Welcome..if your body is not use to inhauling of smoke or vaper your body should react to it. Which can be one I the reasons why you are getting shortness of breath or not be able to hold you breath as long. It can also be something your body doesn't like about the juice, even though your using 0 nic your still processing vaper/smoke that your body may not be use too or like

I'm not having any shortness of breath. That was only on the first day or the adjusting period. I will experiment more with the breath holding and see what's up.

sorry. always wanted to smoke? why in gods name would you want to do that. i doubt the people with COPD, and Diabetes would be looking to give you an atta boy. please do yourself a favor, do not go down this road. your body definitely does not have the sense or will to tell you when something bad is going in. i speak from experience here. step away from the light.
