Hey guys... new member that stumbled across this website while researching e-ciggs. I've been reading a lot, but figured i'd ask my main question while i'm here.

So here's my story... went off to school and started smoking. At this time, i was out of the house and never moved back in. I'm not a heavy smoker, maybe a pack every other day at the most. Due to unforseen circumstances, i've had to move back in with my parents who HATE smoking and really don't even know i do.

Long story short, i want to try e-ciggs to help quit while i'm living at home, but i'm worried about the box when my package arrives. I work all afternoon and through the night so im never home to pick up packages that get delivered to the house. I don't want a package that says something along the lines a electronic cigaratte when the package comes. My mother especially is extremely nosy and will never let me hear the end of it if she sees a package for something cigarattes. Basically it's a situation that i'd love to avoid if possible.

Basically im looking for a quality starter kit to try out, at a decent price, that i don't have to worry about "blowing up my spot" when the package comes. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hmm. The packages I've gotten are pretty discreet, just plain Priority Mail boxes or envelopes, but the USPS labels do have the company name that shipped it and many of them have cig or vapor in there somewhere.

E-cig vendors tend to have great customer service, so one thing you could try once you decide where you want to order from is send an e-mail letting them know your dilemma and asking for a plain shipping label. Either that or have it shipped to a friend's house or your place of work.

If your parents don't smoke Im sure they know or suspect that you do - you can't hide the smell (I didnt realise just how strong it is - to a non smoker, one who has never smoked, it must REEK). Either you hang with people that smoke and its possible they 'assume' its their 2nd hand smoke, or they know more than you think they do.
The packages are discreet but they DO have the sender label - I just got one from tasty vapor and it says 'tasty vapor' on it - but its small not HUGE. I guess you could say its aftershave....
Otherwise I'd go with the 'send it c/o a friend' advice.

The delivery I got from Totallywicked was inside of a manilla package. From looking at it, it could have been anything. There was no way to know what was inside. It does say "Totally Wicked" at the top of the shipping label, but again, could be anything. Even if it was opened up, it's doubtful that a mother would have any clue what she was looking at. I've also ordered from NHaler and had a similarly discrete package. You should probably be OK as long as she isn't nosy enough to open the package and go rummaging through it.

Get a UPS store box if there's one near you. Doesn't matter how it's shipped...fedex, ups, usps...will get there and they give you a key if you want to pick it up after hours. Gotta be one near Toms River.

Or one solution is to tell her you used to smoke cigarettes, but quit, and ordered this to help get you off them, that you're committed to it, etc. Tell her it's a knockoff of the nicotrol inhaler. Then you won't have to vape in secret.

FWIW, I bought my KR808 at a local cigar shop but I'm about an hour and a half from you. Might be a place locally that carries it.

The size of the package isnt a big deal. I've got dogs and i get stuff sent to the house all the time from just about everywhere. Even the word vapor isnt a big deal. No ones going to open a package with my name on it.

My only concern is the name of the company like "e-ciggs" or "vapor cigarettes" or anything along those lines with cigarettes in the name.

If i can get a quality piece that is discretely packaged (just the name of the shipping address) than i'd be very happy.

Cignot ships in a plain white USPS padded shipping envelope with no hint of what's inside. They've currently got a killer deal on the Joye 510 kit and their customer service/shipping times are great.

I was reading about the joye 510. Seems like a good starter kit. This comes by regular mail right? Any idea what it says on the return address of the package?

I'm looking at the box my Joye510 was shipped in: (purchased from ecigexpress)
It's a plain old usps red white and blue box and the shipper's label says it's from "ECX LLC". Doesn't say anything about e-cigarette on the box.

Awesome, there's a great start right there. I really appreciate that.
