I just recently ordered stuff to diy and i bought everything need to start and costed me about 48 pounds to be able to make 4 or 5 good recipes.

How much does that produce ml wise?

200 ml approx but remember the beakers needles pg vg nic and some of the other stuff is reusable... Just need to buy flavorings and those are very cheap compared to the ready made juices.

Wow, that is a lot! I will definitely invest next month. I think it would be quite fun as well. Like George's marvelous medicine!

I was also gonna buy the perseus but then i heard that the locking system on it gets stuck. Can you confirm if that's the case? Should i go for it?

It doesn't get stuck, the seals are tight and you just need to learn, just like I did, how to work it on/off.

By stuck i mean broken in a way that it can't be used. I saw a YouTube reviewer saying that his locking system broke in a few days and he can't use it anymore. I like the innovative design and the lock feature. Any other cons?

And I saw a YouTuber put 3000 bees on his face also so I don't tend to rely on reviews but on what I know works.
On the silver ring between the tank and the deck is a "lock" symbol and to the right of that is an "unlocked" symbol. Twist the top to the right until it stops, push down on the top and turn to the right. Pull upward. Done.
If you force it then yeah, you will probably break it some how. But then that's your fault not the manufacturers. Again, people blaming the inanimate objects instead of their own lack of intelligence and common sense then telling the whole world it's junk.

I think to avoid all this I will just make my own liquids if I get really into it. Seems like yet another scam to me. "lets remove 10 pack cigarettes and 12.5g and 25g tobacco and make them pay more"

I get the bees thing, but the same thing applies to almost anything else including politics which makes things problematic. My solution is to watch 8 or 10 reviews and see what the commonalities are. Still not perfect and takes waaay too much time, but its all there is since Murdoch made the news pay-for-play
