New Member/Vaper with a quick question

Hello everyone, just received my very first starter kit (joyetech eGO) yesterday after doing about 6hours of research online. Anyhow, I read and just now re-read the helpful beginner tutorial and had a quick question. The tutorial states that an average 510 cartridge is equivalent to about 4 cigarettes and that a KR8/510 cartomizer is equivalent to about 6 cigarettes. Does this also hold true for eGO cartridges and cartomizers as well?? Thank you in advance for your answer!

This is a tricky question because people vape differently. Many people use a direct drip method or top-off their cartridges or tanks more frequently or use higher power (lower resistance). A 1ml cartridge produces enough vapor to replace anywhere from just a few cigarettes to an entire day's supply for some people. Most people average less than a teaspoon (5ml) per day--a drastic reduction from lighting 20 or more cigarettes on fire and smoking them.

I have never used an eGo, but I go through about 4ml per day, and I smoked 2ppd. Welcome to ECF!

Cartridges on a 510 never lasted me that long without topping off every few vapes. Im glad im past the cart days. Tanks or cartos all the way for me these days.

I get a good amount of use out of a carto, but I'm bad to top off, and I always carry an atty with a drip tip...lol, I can say that from leaving the house for work, lunch, and driving home I could easily go through two 1ml tanks on my ego-t...if that gives you some perspective, I was about a pack a day smoker, and vape pretty heavily.
