Hello. New to the forum. Just wanted to introduce myself. I started vaping about 3 weeks ago in an attempt to give up smokeless tobacco. I haven't touched a can of Copenhagen since. I bought Aspire BCC and was extremely disappointed. The pull on it was really hard and I could barely taste anything. Yesterday I went and purchased a 5 ML Hypertank and I'm in love with it. Pulls very smoothly and the flavor is fantastic. I bought 3 flavors a 24mg 15 ML "Ry4", 18mg "Mountain Rain" 15 ML and a 12mg 15 ML "It's Electric". I have a vape shop right up the road from my house called Jojos and its pretty sweet. I've completely given up on the Ry 4. Tasted good in the store but not so much anymore. The Mountain Rain has been fantastic. I guess its suppose to be a Mountain Dewish flavor but tastes more like sweet tarts. My plain is to slowly lessen the amount of nicotine I vape until I can be done with nicotine entirely. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for mods. I'm using a 5 ML Hypertank and an eGo C-twist battery. Thanks!

Welcome to a whole new world of vaping! :vapor:

RY4 probably needs to steep/age to taste right. Every bottle of RY4 I've purchased from a variety of vendors needed a range from a week to 3 weeks to taste good. Most tobacco flavors need a little age to meld with the flavors. Good luck.

Steeping is time in a cool, dark place. I always put mine up in my cabinet where I'm not in and out (no light) of frequently.

Think of steeping like wine aging.

It allows the flavors, nic, pg/vg solution time to mix together. There are many juices that need steeping/aging.

I usually allow mine to breathe for 24 hours too. I take the lid and drip nozzle off and set it up in the cabinet, door shut, for 24 hours. After 24 hours I take it out, put lid/nozzle back on and shake it really well. Then put it back in the cabinet for a week. I test it after a week. If its still not ready I shake it and put it back. Giving it a good shake once a day helps too.

Almost all tobacco blends need steeping though...

I would slow down the big bottles. Pretty easy to find undesirable flavors. Samplers helped me. Some, you can pick the flavors in the sampler.

I agree. Ithought I had liked a tobacco flavor so I ended up with. When I filled my tank it was a very strong menthol, which atfirst seemed minty. Learned my lesson. But welcome to the forum.
