new member: Very happy with forum! Had bad experience with vendor :(

Hi all,
I have been trolling the forum for a while and been really happy with the vibe and the attitudes. I am now analog and nicotine free, but still love my ecig. I was looking for a new vendor for 0mg ejuice and used one that was favorable on the forum. It was such an unbelievable, unpleasant experience.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to share, but i don't think anyone should be treated like i was!!! Long story short: the vendor messsed up my order of three different flavored bottles and sent me two of one flavor and one of the other. He acknowledged his mistake and suggested I keep the extra and he would include the flavor I ordered on my next order. I declined the offer, as i did not know when i would order next or what i would really want and offered to return unopened, unused bottle and requested the completion of my order. Seller got very hostile, calling me "......ed" and repeatedly called me a "d-bag" (shortened from original nastiness). He finally blacklisted me and threatened to have me blacklisted from buying from anyone else. I really don't think that others will turn away reasonable paying customers.
Any recommendations on reliable, kind suppliers would be appreciated!

Wow, I'm so sorry that you had that experience. All of the vendors I've used have been very accommodating, but I haven't tried to return any liquid either. If you're looking for vendors who really care about their customers, the two I've had the most success with are Backwoods Brew and Ms T's. Both have great communication and have helped to customize orders and answer questions. They both handcraft their liquids so it does take a bit longer to get them, but it is worth it.

I know that most vendors will not take juice returns for sanitary reasons, but the appropriate response would have been to simply ship you the flavor that you requested and allow you to keep the error as compensation for the inconvenience.

I have not had a bad experience with a vendor on this forum yet. I hope you will find what I have here most vendors actually exceed my expectations. Maybe look at making your own liquid it can be very cost effective and if your vaping omg nic you can buy just PG and VG and make your own. I have had great luck with onestopdiyshop. They do not sell juice but mostly just diy supplies.

If you want to tinker with flavors to see what you might like, without doing at home and making a mess (like I am sure I would do) EC blends is One company that I have ordered from that will allow you to create your own from scratch, or mix preexisting combos together, and just a variety of flavors. It took about a week for me to get my order, but they are all made to order, so I didn't mind, and occasionally they toss in an extra bottle of something just for you to try for free. If you mix something up and don't like it, then it's on you, but that's understandable. The customer service there is great too...but I've had alot of good vendors in the juice arena, not just them. I love the CS at Awesome Vapor, E-Smokey Treats, Juicy Vapor, Totally Wicked, My Vapor Store, etc... As someone mentioned above...you should list your experience in the other thread when you are able to. (I'm curious, I admit)...because so far, I haven't encountered anyone like that, and hope not to. Good luck in the future though. The search for good juice is arduous.

Ouch Dave - I agree that most vendors would have just shipped the correct flavor telling you to keep the extra one. Someone either had too much coffee.... or not enough. I have found Smokeanywhereforpennies & Vaporheads to be very good juice vendors.

There is a button at the top of the forum page that will take you to forum suppliers that have been approved .I have never had a problem with any of these vendors that I have used.Forum Suppliers List

No problem. I know there are a few other sites out there that allow you to create custom juices like they do, but that's the one I went with and even asked them to change something a few hours after I had originally placed the order, and they did it without incident. I didn't like many of my concoctions, but that's my own fault. LOL. Definitely order small bottles until you know it's good.

Smokeanywhereforpennies, Blue Mist Vaping, and Volcano are where I order from, and never had problems and have good e-juice as well as excellent customer service.

I don't see why buying e-Liquids over the Internet should be any Different from buying a Toaster or a Book.

If there is a problem with the Order and the Seller does not resolve it after e-Mailing them, I contact my Credit Card Company and ask them to Refund my Money.

I have been so very lucky so far...Recently I had a minor booboo on an order I placed with a vendor that I really like and without me even asking for them to fix the error, cause I'm also a very laid back, forgiving person, I know mistakes happen, they corrected the error anyway. I will be a customer of theirs always....Good Prophets has incredible customer service and they are the kind of company that really cares about their customers. I truly haven't had a bad experience from vendor that I found through this forum, they have all been wonderful.

hey Dave, welcome to the forums!, So sorry about your experience. With attitudes like they, they won't be in business very long, I will never order from them now. There are tons of places to order juice from that have great customer service and appreciate your business. I would just count your losses and never ever do business with them again.
