Hello everyone. As the topic states I'm a new poster on the site but I've been lingering and using it for information for a couple years now.

For the past couple years I've been using vaper4life hardware with great success but after a crappy weekend that cost me three of my stealth batteries I decided to order a joyetech ego-c. So far I love the battery life but I can't find a Atty setup that gives steady performance.

I've tried the c type setup and the ce4 clearomizer. Both have a great flavor, for a short time at least. I've order the atomizer and cartridge setup to try that out but I'm still kind of bummed at this point.

Both of the current setups get the infamous burnt taste entirely two fast. I've had to boil and dry burn these c type Atty once a day to keep them going. They gum up and the hit strength dies down quickly, really frustrating. I've tried 100% pg, 70pg/30vg, and twisted vapor custom blend. All three give the same results.

Anyone have any recommendations? Obviously I'm doing something wrong, be it to hard of draws, to soft, or something else. I'm at a loss and need some advice.

if you have been using just the same clearo all this time it could just be a bad one, while others enjoy great results I seem to have nothing but bad luck with reg clearo's -dry hits, leaking, no hits/locked up feeling etc.
went to real tanks and never looked back.

I have 3 of the CE4 clearo's as there is a local dealer near my workplace. I bought another ego kit from them just to get a couple more batteries and it came with 2 more CE4. All three of them do the thing same thing. I'll try the loosen and tighten the cap trick and see how that works.

I just ordered 5 of the mega dual coil carto's as well (smoktech) since i had alot of good luck with the small carto's. Figured that gives me the most common 4 setups to test and play with. Carto's, atty with cartridge, atty with tank, and clearomizers. Hopefully one of these can up my confidence for the ego style ecigs.

I like the theory of the ego-c setup with the replacable components and i love the tanks but i'm sitting here with 1 dead atty (first dry burn atempt went bad...) and 2 of them that require constant cleaning. At over $20 a set of 5 it seems kind of expensive for something that i have to clean daily and hope it revives.
