New member with problems.

Hello ECF, I'm a new member but have been vaping for 7 months and couldn't be better. I have a few MVP's, A Provari 2.5 full size, A Hana mini, VTR, 134, and a few Mech mod's. The problem i'm having is with the innokin Energy MVP, I'm on my second one and it's giving problems.
Last night the battery was 3.6 with only 752 puffs and the red light came on. It will only charge to 4.0 to 4.1 volts.
Was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the Energy MVP?

Yes i do, I have two others (My other one is a MVP 1) with no problems at all but this second energy ive had just will not charge full to 4.2 volts on the battery.
The first one i had would charge correct but wouldn't last but 6 hours, This is at 7.5 watts running a 2.1 Boge carto in a F-16 Tank.
Ive even noticed the LED is a darker blue then my other 2.0's, I have been on Innokin's site and the security code matched.

Just talked to the B&M where i bought it and they are going to refund my money back. Hope this isn't a quality control issue with Innokin.
