Seems my struggle has come to an end. I've been smoking for 30 years off and on, the only time I've been able to put cigarettes down was when I'ld use chewing tobacco. So 6 days ago I stopped by a shop that had mods, juices and decided on a vamo v3.

I was a fairly light smoker so they suggested starting off at 18mg and see what effects that would have. I have found that in less then a week I have lost my craving and will try and drop down to 12mg.

So seems I'm on my way...

Happy Trails

Don't drop down too fast--it isn't a race. The important thing is to stay off the cigs, and I think most of us stick at the higher nic level for a bit. I started at 12 and at about 2 mo now am thinking of getting a couple of juices that are 6 mg. But I will keep the 12 around too, in case the 6 doesn't do it for me.

Bucs fan since 76 when they were the Yucs. :toast:

If I remember correctly, the Bucs (Yuks) hired John McKay away from USC and the team really struggled as an expansion team.

Welcome to ECF and the wonderful world of vaping. I agree with cbrite that this is a marathon and not a sprint. Whatever you find that works for you, stick with it for a while and get settled into vaping.

A couple of other things that were offered as suggestions from the folks here were to stay hydrated because vaping can dry us out. Also to get backups and backups for our backups. I never want a dead battery or other equipment failure to give me an excuse to go back to analogs. So I carry a spare battery, clearo, juice and Q-tips in a case with me during the day or when I go out anywhere. So far I haven't had to use my backups, but I've had 2 co-workers and a friend who needed something from my backup kit when something of their's failed. Glad I was able to help and one co-worker changed clearos because she liked what I gave her.

I hope you continue to share in ECF and that you find this community and the folks here friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The people here are a large part of my vaping journey and I am grateful for the folks here.

Keep the vape and namaste.
