Hi im new to ECF from Orange County California, Im not sure how this works, but I think I have to post a new thread or can I just post a comment to other peoples threads? Anybody that can help with the info that would be great.

Hello and welcome. You do not have to post a new thread. All you have to do is post 5 comments to any thread in the New Member Forum. The system updates at :25 past the hour. Once all that happens you will be free to post in most places on this site.
