Hi My Name is rocket and I use a KFN V4 Clone.

Looking forward to sharing tips.

First off - wicking - I am slowly learning.

Hi Rocket. Welcome to the ECF.

Wicking can sometimes be a PITA to get right. But once you find the Right Amount/Tech, it is a Snap to re-wick.

What type of Wicking Material are you using?

Hey zoiDman thanks for the reply, using JOC with 28 AWG Kanthal A1 but not getting much flavor, but do get lots of vapor.

Cool.

If you are getting a Lot of Vapor, and No Dry Hits, it sounds like your Wicking is where it should be.

To get more Flavor, you might try Closing down the Air Flow a Tad. If you have a Way to Adjust Air Flow.

And if you are Using a High VG e-liquid, increasing the PG Ratio slightly might Also help in the Flavor department.

Thanks zoiDman, I removed the airflow screw to open her right up.
Will replace in the morning.

I tired both high vg and high pg and a touch more flavour on the high pg as expected but still no where near expectations.

Many thanks

R

It will take a little Time and Experimentation to find the Combination of Ohms, Watts, Coil Geometry, PG to VG, e-liquid Flavor, that you like Best.

But You'll get there. And in a Way, the Journey is Part of the Fun.
