Hi, I'm Tam. New to this but already obsessed and looking to move on to a mech mod as soon as I reckon it's safe to do so. Mainly for aesthetic reasons- I'm a sucker for a bit of precision milled metal but also aiming for a stealth mod, I've got my sights set on the Chels Micro stick. Lots to learn and a load of questions first though!

if you are looking at a mech, please make sure you do the research on good batteries and battery safety - it is of critical importance when using a mech

check out @Baditude 's blogs or @Mooch 's bench tests on batteries - great (and reliable!) info there

This uses an 18350 IMR battery. I recommend using the "new" AW 18350 IMR 800mah 12 amp CDR battery. With this battery you can use coils down to 0.5 ohms.
