Hi, Welcome to ECF and congrats on switching to
vaping, congratulations that is not easy. I used to feel the same way about the husband, but after trying to "convert" him a time or two, I just shut up, watched his various quitting attempts with bemusement/amusement and
said nothing.
Right before January 1 hit, he told me he was going to start vaping but probably would never be a "complete quitter" and requested I set him up. As a kind spouse, I did set him up with exactly what he requested (throat hit, NETs and some WTA). He's about a week in and down to 3 or 4 cigarettes and already experiencing the "Why am I smoking?" feelings....
LOL, we vape totally differently, with totally different juices. I have a feeling we won't run into any of each other's "stealing each other's gear" problems...

But I just became very quiet and eventually he became ready.... I was thrilled (but hid it, for the most part). Sometimes you just gotta let them watch... and try their own stuff... and be disbelieving.
To be fair, I'm not certain anyone (including my docs) were imagining that I'd switch to vaping, so the fact that I did kind of said a lot, I think. LOL, my main motivations were not acquiring the dreaded COPD diagnosis, but I find I vastly prefer vaping now that I'm fully switched, anyway.
