Hello everyone. I'm new on here and don't know my way around yet so I hope this is in the right place. Lol. Just wanted to say hi to everyone.

I have been building my own coils for about 6 months and I am fixing to get my first mech mod. I have been learning everything I can about ohms law, battery safety how to figure battery amp by volts÷ohms. I would appreciate any advice or tips anyone feels like sharing. Also being this will be my first mechanical mod I would appreciate some recommendations. I don't want to break the bank but I don't want any junk either, so any recommendations for a good one for $60-$100 would be greatly appreciated. Have a good day.

Hello and welcome @BGH01
Its really important to know what you are doing with a mech, so feel free to ask as many questions as you need to.
The main thing is to use a good quality battery that has a continuous amp draw in excess of what your selected coil is drawing from it.If you are not too hot on maths then Steam Engine | free vaping calculators is a very good multi-function vaping calculator.

Please have a read of the articles I have linked to below as they should have most of what you need to know covered and possibly some more.

How does one know what constitutes a good battery, and how can you be sure that the specs on the battery are genuine?
We have a resident battery expert called Mooch, check his blog.
