( So 3, 2.75, 2.5, etc.. ) until you’re at zero. Then people usually quit spontaniously.</p><p></p><p>The industry doesn’t tell you this because they want you to keep buying, (I think that’s also the reason they stop at 3) but that’s a discomfort free way to do it. You may be able to go faster. Some can. A few might even need to go slower. The smaller the drop and the longer the period at that drop the longer it takes. It takes what it takes though. If you’re having trouble getting past, say 12 (which was one for me) try 11 instead of 9. I was at 24, now at 4.5 and descending. At some point you may need to suppliment with a non-addictive anti-anxiety. Nicotine is an anti-anxioty. It’s part of what makes it so hard to quit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
