This was a very interesting forum posting. From my understanding about PG vs VG, Propylene Glycol (PG) is high in the flavors but produces less vapor, also increases the throat hit. Vegetable Glycol (VG) carries less flavor but is sweeter, produces a lot more vapor (why the guys who blow the huge clouds use high VG juices), and less of a throat hit. It sounds like the high nic high PG liquid might be the culprit. Like one of the other posters mentioned, you can't burn silica wicks, so liquid choice is probably part of the problem. If you have washed out the tank, replaced the atomizers then it shouldn't be hot spots or atomizer problems. Try a 50/50 blend of pg/vg or even a higher VG percentage. Please let us know if that works, I am interested to hear!
Will do!! Already searching on what to buy.
And thanks everyone I'll post if the new liquid I get works before switching heads
