Meh, it looks alright. You'd be taking a risk considering they don't have a lot of details on that chip, and there are no reviews/discussions for it.
I'd suggest going with something a bit more tried and true (and you can still find one in your budget), such as the IPV Mini or the iStick.

Meh... for a 60 watt box, I'd pony up the extra scratch and get an MVP 3.0 Pro. Rock solid buggers...

I know it's hard on a tight budget but at least look for relatively decent makers if you look on gear best at the minute there is a pre sale on the dovpo TC50 an updated version of the dovpo mini at least that is a known quantity £26.50 about as cheap as you going to get. Failing that an istick 30w should be in your budget and suit your needs, whatever you do don't touch msk absolute junk that you'll be lucky to get a month out of.
yeah if youre going to take a leap into the unknown, might as well get a chinamod from a non china vendor, so at least youll know you get it in a timely manner.
